We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at SpeakPure.

We'll review and reply within 24–48 hours with a return address and next steps.
14-day return window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after the 14th day cannot be honored.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached. "Unworn" means tried on indoors to check fit — items that have been worn outside, washed, scented with perfume or attar, or show any signs of use cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend a tracked shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items worn outside, washed, or scented
- Sale items marked "final sale"
- Items returned without a prior return request
Sizing
For fitted items like our orange set, we recommend ordering your usual size. If you're between sizes, email Speakpure@gmail.com before ordering and we'll help you choose.
